Shaped by Global Experience.
ClearPath is led by two women who believe that how teams work — and how change is introduced — matters just as much as the processes themselves.
Over the years, we’ve worked with teams across different countries, cultures, and industries. That experience taught us something essential: there is no one-size-fits-all way of working. What succeeds in one team may fail in another, not because the process is wrong, but because people, communication styles, and contexts are different.
Between us, we speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, and have collaborated with teams around the world. This global perspective allows us to listen more carefully, adapt more intentionally, and design solutions that truly fit the people doing the work.
We met in Miami, a city shaped by diversity, movement, and constant growth — much like the teams we support. What started as collaboration quickly became a shared vision: helping companies create structure without rigidity, clarity without pressure, and progress without disruption.
Being a woman-owned company shapes how we lead and how we work. We value empathy, collaboration, and thoughtful change. We observe before acting, listen before proposing, and adjust before enforcing.
ClearPath exists to bring together people, process, and tools in a way that feels natural, respectful, and effective — helping teams move forward with confidence and momentum.
Co-Founder | Process, Planning & Delivery

She has worked closely with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups to implement planning structures, clarify roles, and improve delivery visibility — always adapting the approach to the size and maturity of the organization.
Her focus is helping teams move from reactive execution to structured, predictable delivery, without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Co-Founder | Operations & Strategy
Solange specializes in operational strategy, process optimization, and team alignment. She works side by side with leadership teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and create practical systems that support growth and execution. Her strength lies in translating business goals into clear operational structures teams can actually follow.
She ensures that strategy, planning, and delivery remain aligned as companies grow.
ClearPath was created to enhance the operational strategy of small and medium companies, enabling them to work better without unnecessary bureaucracy.
After years of collaborating with growing teams across various industries, we consistently observed the same challenges: talented people and strong ideas hindered by unclear processes, misaligned planning, and delivery obstacles that slowed everything down.
We built ClearPath to bridge that gap through effective process optimization.
Our approach draws inspiration from proven PMO practices but is tailored to be lightweight, practical, and human-centric. We prioritize clarity, execution, and real outcomes — focusing on team alignment rather than process for the sake of process.
For the past year, we’ve worked closely with teams to bring structure to their operations, align stakeholders, and move forward with confidence.
Behind ClearPath is a trusted extended team that includes designers, marketing specialists, SEO experts, and IT and development professionals. This diverse expertise enables us to enhance not only process optimization and delivery but also the tools, systems, and visibility teams need for effective operational strategy. We believe that paper and pencil still matter — but we’ve also learned that a thoughtful, tech-savvy approach can elevate team alignment and make a real difference in how teams work. We assemble the right expertise based on each client’s needs, keeping everything lean, focused, and results-driven. Our role is to connect people, processes, and tools in a way that feels natural to the team, always aiming to support progress without adding unnecessary complexity.

We believe that meaningful change is most effective when it is gradual, thoughtful, and respectful of the people involved. By focusing on an operational strategy that emphasizes process optimization, we take the time to understand how teams actually work, how they respond to change, and what already contributes to team alignment.
