Experiential Team Coaching

What is this?

 Experiential team coaching is about learning by doing — not by reading, listening to long presentations, or sitting through slides. Instead of talking about teamwork, communication, or adaptability, teams experience it firsthand through hands-on activities, role-playing, and creative building exercises.

A typical session feels more like a collaborative team day than a traditional workshop. We get together, grab a coffee, talk briefly about the company, the team, and what’s currently top of mind — and then we move straight into action. Teams work with their hands, interact with each other, adapt to changing scenarios, and solve challenges together.

There are no manuals, no lectures, and no right or wrong answers. The learning happens naturally through experience: building, exchanging roles, adjusting strategies, and reflecting on what worked (and what didn’t). Teams leave with clear takeaways, shared language, and practical insights they can apply immediately — without it feeling like “training.”

These sessions are especially powerful for teams that haven’t worked closely together before. We intentionally mix people, create small challenges, and encourage collaboration under light pressure — often with friendly competition and simple incentives the company chooses, like team rewards or small prizes.

The result is a fun, engaging experience that strengthens trust, communication, and problem-solving, while helping teams achieve something together and walk away with a lasting lesson. 


Build in Their Shoes

 

Build in Their Shoes is an experiential workshop focused on empathy, communication, and perspective-shifting within teams. Using hands-on building exercises, participants create a simple object and are then challenged to reinterpret, reframe, and “sell” that same creation to completely different audiences.

As the rules change, teams experience firsthand what it feels like to let go of assumptions, adapt their message, and truly step into someone else’s perspective. What starts as a simple build quickly becomes a powerful lesson in empathy, storytelling, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.

This workshop reveals how the same idea can succeed or fail depending on how well we understand who we’re speaking to — a critical skill for leaders, product teams, client-facing roles, and cross-functional groups.

Build to Sell

 

Build to Sell is a high-energy, hands-on workshop designed to strengthen sales thinking, positioning, and adaptability. Teams are challenged to build a simple object and then sell it under shifting conditions: changing buyers, limited time, unexpected objections, and evolving value propositions.

As constraints are introduced, participants experience the real dynamics of sales — pressure, ambiguity, competition, and the need to clearly articulate value. The exercise highlights how successful selling is less about the product itself and more about understanding the buyer, adjusting the message, and communicating with confidence and clarity.

This workshop helps teams sharpen their pitch, respond faster to change, and sell ideas more effectively — whether to customers, stakeholders, or internal teams.

Build to Think

Build to Think is an experiential team workshop designed to help teams break out of habitual thinking, improve collaboration, and navigate change with clarity. Through hands-on building exercises and real-world constraints, teams explore how they communicate, adapt, and make decisions. The focus isn’t on what’s built, but on the insights that emerge while building — turning abstract challenges into shared understanding and practical actions teams can apply immediately to their work.
